Challenge

Refresh refreshes dry eyes. It was an old product with a loyal customer base. 

We had two jobs to do. 

Firstly, we needed to inform Refresh users that the product would no longer be available as it had been replaced by a slightly different, but equally effective product called Refresh Plus.  

Secondly, we needed to create a campaign promoting the new product to both existing and new customers. 

Solution

We created two visually striking campaigns with similar illustrations but different messaging. 

Both were impactful in digital media, point of sale, print and posters.
